No later than midnight Central time on the second(2nd) day after the Disbursement Date (the "Midnight Deadline").*See Loan Agreement for complete details
What is your cancellation policy
RIGHT TO CANCEL. You have the right to cancel this Agreement without cost within three (3) days from the date we notify you that your Loan application has been approved by us. If you decide to cancel this Agreement, you must send us your notice of cancellation by email to help@fundyourpurchasenow.com or by fax to _877-665-1596_ no later than midnight Central time on the second(2nd) day after the Disbursement Date (the "Midnight Deadline"). You must also return all proceeds of your Loan that you received by the Midnight Deadline. To return those amounts to us, your notice of cancellation must also include your authorization for us to use one of the payment methods you selected on your Disbursement and Payment Choice. If we do not receive your notice of cancellation and return of your Loan proceeds by the Midnight Deadline, then this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
What if the loan funds have already been disbursed
You may return all proceeds of your Loan that you received by the “Midnight Deadline” referenced in the Right To Cancel section of your loan agreement.
Refund Limitations
Our refund policy is limited to the Right To Cancel section of your loan agreement.
